Glitter pens and tumblers offers hand-crafted and new products for sale including pens, clothing, cups, tumblers, and many other items. We also create and sell custom products.
It is our goal to ensure that your shopping experience is pleasant and exceeds your expectations. If we may be of any assistance, or if we may answer any questions, please fill out the "contact us" form on our site and allow 48 business hours for a response.
CUSTOM AND HAND-CRAFTED ITEMS
As many of our items are custom and hand-crafted, the look and appearance may vary from similar products and from item-to-item. We will do our best to ensure that your final product matches the inspiration provided for your order.
Custom items must be paid in full at the time the order is placed. Only then will your item be created.
DIGITAL FILES
Digital files are available within X minute of purchase.
You may not ever:
- Claim an original file purchased from us as your own with or without alterations
- Share, trade, or lend a digital file purchased from this site as a freebie, download or resource to others
- Resell any design from this site in its original OR modified form
As creators, this matter is taken very seriously.
SHIPPING
When you order a custom item, you will be advised of the approximate completion date and when the item ships. A tracking number will be provided.
If multiple items are ordered, they may ship and be delivered separately.
If an item is received incomplete, notify us within 7 days or we may not be responsible for the order. An example of an incomplete order is a tumbler received without a straw.
All items are carefully inspected prior to shipping and are well packed for shipment. We are not responsible for items damaged during the shipping process.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We do not offer returns on custom or hand-crafted items.
We do not offer returns or exchanges for hand-crafted items damaged once delivered.
We do not offer returns, cancellations, and/or refunds on digital files.
Wearable items can be exchanged for the same item.
Exchanges on wearable items require an exchange authorization number within 7 days. Please contact us here to receive authorization. In the email, include the order number, name, address, and reason for the exchange.
Wearable items must be in the original packaging, unworn, and in original condition.
Exchange shipping costs will not be refunded.
No exchanges on sale items.
PRIVACY POLICY
We will never share, rent, or sell any of the information collected when you shop on our site. This includes your name, address, email address, purchase, and other information.
